RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Marc Christian. We hope you and your little people love their new items. However, we understand for one reason or another you may need to process a return with us.

We will happily provide an exchange for incorrect sizing within 14 days from the date of delivery with proof of purchase. We cannot cancel orders once placed.

Please read the returns policy carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and ordering online you agree to our terms and conditions of this returns policy.

Please understand that if we have sold out of an item(s) size at the time you process your return you will be contacted and issued a credit note valid for 3 months excluding shipping costs. Credit notes cannot be refunded.

We do not accept change of mind returns. We cannot cancel orders once placed.

Marc Christian are not responsible for colour variations on screen monitors, if unsure please do not hesitate to contact us and we can help assist before you purchase.

Final sale items cannot be returned. Unless faulty, then a faulty item claim must be made within 7 days.

Sample Sales are final sale and have a strict no returns policy-Garments may have minor faults which reflects the price.

Garments must be returned within 14 days.

Faulty Items will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded after assessment by the Marc Christian returns team. Any refund must be credited to the original payment method used at time of purchase. Processing time can take 3 to 4 business days.

All items returned will be assessed and must meet the following requirements to qualify for a return:

  1. The item(s) is unworn, unmarked, unwashed and in original condition with all tags still attached and with original packaging. Any items with no tags will not qualify for a return.
  2. Items must be unaltered, undamaged, free from pet hair, perfumes and must not be washed while in the customers possession.
  3. It arrives back to Marc Christian head office within the 14-day time frame. Items received outside this time frame will not be accepted.

We have the right to reject a return if it does not comply with our returns policy.

Return shipping is to be paid by the customer unless the faulty product has been returned and deemed faulty. Only then will the shipping fee be refunded on top of your sales cost. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items, and we encourage you to use registered post when returning any items.
